Cancellation Policy

At Skyn Haven, we’re committed to providing exceptional service tailored to your needs. To ensure a seamless experience for all our valued clients, we’ve outlined the following policies: Booking Policy 1. Appointments may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time, as availability is limited. 2. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text. Please double-check your appointment details and notify us immediately if changes are needed. 4. Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Any specific pre-treatment instructions will be provided at the time of booking. Late Arrival Policy 1. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. 2. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your service may need to be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full fees will still apply. 3. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a rescheduled appointment, and future bookings may require prepayment. Cancellation Policy 1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Any rescheduling requests will be subject to availability. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and will also be required to prepay in full for their next appointment. This ensures fairness and allows us to manage appointments effectively. 3. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged the full service fee.
